Michael A.

Michael A. currently serves as an Executive Team Lead at Target, having joined the company in May 2025. Prior to this role, Michael was a Multi Site General Manager at Gopuff from March 2022 to May 2025, overseeing operations in upstate New York. Michael's experience also includes serving as a Production Operations Manager at CarMax from January 2019 to March 2022, and holding various managerial positions at Macy's from August 2010 to December 2018, including District Manager of Soft Home, Big Ticket, & Bridal/Gift, as well as Store Manager and Merchandise Team Manager. Notably, in FY2014, Michael ranked as the #3 Sales Manager in the Northeast Region. Michael's career began in the United States Air Force, where skills were developed as a Computer Systems Specialist from July 2004 to July 2010. Academically, Michael holds two master’s degrees in Management and Theology, a bachelor's degree in Management, and an associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences.
