Nadya Bratt is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Target, Nadya has previously held significant roles including Director of Product Design at Shopify, where responsibilities included leading the Checkout UX team and executing a complete redesign of Shopify's Checkout. As a Design Systems Consultant at Gusto, Nadya managed and expanded the company's CMS design system. Nadya’s background also encompasses senior positions at 1-800 CONTACTS, Thinkingbox, and Impossible Bureau, focusing on creative direction and user experience for various digital products. With education from Universitat de Barcelona and Hyper Island, Nadya's expertise spans graphic design and organizational change.
