Rachel Boe

Rachel Boe is currently the Director of Inventory Management Operations at Target, where they have been leading since 2025. Previously, they served as a Strategy Implementation Lead and Sr Inventory Manager at Target, as well as a Global Supply Chain Capabilities Manager at General Mills in 2019. Rachel's earlier roles include Product Manager and Global Strategic Supply Chain Analyst at Grainger, among other positions. They hold an MBA from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a BSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, along with study abroad experience in Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad de Salamanca.
