Rachel Whitcomb

Rachel Whitcomb is currently the VP of Technology in India for Target. Rachel has over 20 years of experience in technology and consulting, including positions as a Senior Business and Technology Consultant, Design Director, and Developer. Rachel has worked with companies of all sizes, both regional and international, on a variety of projects related to business process design, human-user interaction and design, technology implementation, and more. In their previous role as Design Director at eHovland, Rachel led a team of designers and engineers through the ideation, marketing, and execution of emerging technology innovations. Rachel has also been responsible for developing training and marketing materials, patent development, and sales support in their various roles. Rachel got their start in the tech industry as a Developer for Creative Internet Solutions, where they specialized in retail, manufacturing, and higher education solutions.

Rachel Whitcomb has a MBA in Strategy from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BA in Communications, Computer Science from Gustavus Adolphus College.

Their manager is Hari Govind, SVP, Technology Infrastructure and Operations. They work with Pablo E. - VP, Network Engineering, Jeanette Olson - VP, Target Technology Services, and Jim Ostergaard - VP, Infrastructure & Operations.
