Rebecca Roeder

Rebecca Roeder has extensive experience in team experience and culture strategies, change, and communications within Target. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Senior Business Partner in Store Operations, focusing on workload management. Rebecca continued to build their career at Target, holding various roles including Senior Process Analyst and Director of GSCL Meeting Strategy and Planning. They hold a B.S. in Retail Merchandising from the University of Minnesota, earned between 1998 and 2001.
