Sarah Micek possesses extensive experience in engineering and operations management, with a focus on property management and equipment reliability. At Target, Sarah served as a Property Management Business Partner, ensuring brand safety and operational support, followed by roles as Asset Manager and Commissioning Manager, leading teams in the commissioning of fire and electrical systems. Prior experience includes roles at CertainTeed Corporation as a Maintenance Engineer and Performance Improvement Engineer, where Sarah managed maintenance schedules and led improvement projects.
