Shasta Kahoalii

Shasta Kahoalii has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources within Target, serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Global Supply Chain since February 2011. Kahoalii has led various teams, including those focused on Maintenance Technician recruitment and executive placements, while also overseeing HR functions for multiple regions. Previous roles include Asset Protection Business Partner, where participation in an elite leadership development program occurred, and Director of Group Sales at the Sacramento River Cats, showcasing strong leadership skills and operational expertise. Kahoalii holds a BS in Organizational Communications from Eastern Washington University and has contributed significantly to staffing, development, and training across numerous Target locations.
