Sophie Rich

Sophie Rich currently serves as Director at Target, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Sophie was Senior Vice President and Foundation Managing Director at U.S. Bank from May 2016 to June 2022. Sophie's extensive career includes serving as Vice President of Development and External Affairs, Director of Development and External Affairs, Director of Public Policy, and Policy Analyst at the Homeownership Preservation Foundation from May 2009 to May 2016. Additionally, Sophie contributed as a Volunteer at The Advocates for Human Rights in 2009 and held the position of Human Rights Attaché at the United Nations Permanent Mission of Ireland from September 2007 to November 2008. Early in Sophie’s career, experience included roles as European Operations Administrator at Exodus in 2006 and an Intern at Landmine Action in 2005. Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Syracuse University and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Human Rights from the Center for Human Rights in Ireland.
