Vinayaka Yaji

Vinayaka Yaji is an accomplished data science and AI professional with significant experience in the field. Currently serving as Director of Data Sciences and Lead AI Scientist at Target since October 2020, Vinayaka previously worked as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) from November 2019 to October 2020. Additionally, Vinayaka held the position of Principal A.I. Scientist at AlphaICs Corporation from February 2018 to October 2019 and completed a PhD in Computer Science at IISc from 2013 to 2018, where also served as a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science and Automation. Vinayaka earned a Master's degree in System Science and Automation from IISc in 2013 and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka in 2011.
