Ilene Harper has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ilene began their career in 1997 as a Category Manager at Edwards Fine Foods, where they were responsible for overseeing and growing the dessert category for over 1100 company and franchise stores. During their time at Edwards Fine Foods, they also initiated and managed licensing and co-branding partnerships with notable brands such as Hershey Foods, M&M Mars, and Starbucks.

In 2000, Ilene joined PresentationPro as the Director of Marketing & Business Development. There, they revitalized a static product for the struggling dot-com start-up and successfully established partnerships with Microsoft Corp., Successories, Canon, Palo Alto Software, and MCSi.
