Leo Nellessen has over 20 years of sales experience. From 1996 to 2006 they worked for Purdue Pharma L.P., where they held the role of District Sales Manager with responsibility for outside sales staff of 7-9 Direct Reports. Leo also held Direct Sales and Field Sales Training roles, as well as Corporate Sales Training. From 2006 to 2011, they worked for DJO/Empi as the Western Regional Sales Manager, responsible for sales staff, market development and promotion of orthopedic medical devices for 1/2 of the U.S. Leo also temporarily led the entire specialty division during corporate restructuring period (Empi/DJO merger). From 2011 to 2015, they worked for Practice Promotions as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development, a privately held international medical marketing and promotions company. From 2015 to 2016, they worked for Lead Forensics as the Sales Manager, where they were responsible for ensuring the sales team delivered on revenue targets, as well as all sales metrics and KPIs. Finally, from 2019 to present, they have been working for TargetBay as the Vice President of Sales.
Leo Nellessen attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh between 1987 and 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Business.
