Erica Ostberg

Erica Ostberg has a diverse legal work experience. Erica currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer & General Counsel at TCWGlobal, where they oversee various departments including international operations, domestic operations, and compliance. Erica is responsible for risk management and mitigation, contract negotiations, commercial disputes, and litigation. Previously, Erica worked at Hanna Brophy as a Managing Partner in the Redding Office, where they developed policies and procedures for multiple offices and mentored attorneys. Erica also served as a Partner and Associate Attorney at Hanna Brophy, contributing to practice development and recruitment. Prior to that, Erica gained experience as a Contract Attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP and as an Associate Attorney and Law Clerk at ROCKWOOD & NOZISKA LLP. Erica began their legal career as a Law Clerk at Corday & Hartney Attorneys At Law.

Erica Ostberg received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Law & Society and Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara from 2001 to 2005. Erica then pursued further education and obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of San Diego School of Law from 2005 to 2008.
