Sami Gilkes

Sami Gilkes serves as Vice President and Managing Director at Targeted Victory, a position held since February 2021, following a progression from Director within the same organization. Prior experience includes various roles at the National Republican Senatorial Committee from May 2015 to January 2021, such as Deputy Digital Director and Digital Content Director. Earlier career experiences include a staff position for State Senator Luther Olsen, along with internships in communications for the Republican Party of Wisconsin and Governor Scott Walker’s Executive Office. Sami Gilkes earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2012 and 2015.
