Andrew Brown

Andrew Brown has held various executive positions in tech and data management roles within political organizations and companies. Andrew currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at TargetSmart and has previously worked as the Chief Strategy Officer at the same company. Prior to that, Andrew was the CTO and National Data Director at the Democratic National Committee. Brown has also held positions such as COO and National Project Manager at ISSI and served as the Technology Director for Hillary Clinton for President and Tom Vilsack for President campaigns. Andrew has a degree in BS Computer Engineering from Iowa State University.
