Joe Garland

Joe Garland is currently working as the Director of Analytics at TargetSmart Communications, LLC. Previously, Joe worked as an Assistant Director of Informatics at the Center for Human Development and as a Research Analyst at UMass Donahue Institute. Joe has a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Throughout their career, Joe has been involved in various field and campaign positions for political organizations such as Connecticut Democrats, Dan Malloy for Connecticut, Obama for America, and others.
