Lea Felicitas Nolting

Lea Felicitas Nolting is an experienced Senior Project Manager currently leading brand strategy and communications at TARGOBANK since March 2024, and managing the brand development for Joe Broker, set to launch in July 2025. Prior to this, Lea served as a Senior Consultant at Interbrand from July 2018 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing global brand projects, brand strategy development, and serving as the regional lead for naming discipline in Central and Eastern Europe. Earlier roles included a range of positions at Interbrand from Junior Consultant to Strategic Consultant Trainee, as well as positions in eCommerce and marketing at beeline Group and HUGO BOSS. Lea holds a Master of Arts in International Business and Marketing Management from CBS International Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hanze University, complemented by an international study experience at Universidad de Granada.
