Tobi Balogun

Tobi Balogun is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering, product management, and application design. Currently serving as a Senior Application Design Analyst at TARGOBANK since September 2025, Tobi has previously held significant roles at Comono Technologies as a Product Manager-Tech Lead, where responsibilities included formulating technology strategies and overseeing cloud-based solutions. Tobi's software engineering expertise was demonstrated at MTN and Ecobank Nigeria, leading projects such as the payroll self-service application and the KYC project. Tobi also contributed to the development of the pay slip management system at Jumia Nigeria and managed innovative solutions at Gridworx System and Strategies, improving operational efficiencies for banks. Tobi holds a degree from Bells University of Technology (2007 - 2012).
