Cheryl MacDonald has an extensive career in customer service, currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Tarion Warranty Corporation since April 2006. Prior to this role, Cheryl spent nearly three decades at Bell Canada, where the position held was Customer Service Representative from June 1975 to September 2004. Cheryl MacDonald completed a Diploma in General Studies at Victoria Park Secondary from 1970 to 1973.
Tarion
Tarion is an independent not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting Ontario’s new home buyers and owners through the province’s new home warranty and protection program. Tarion helps consumers protect one of their most significant purchases by guiding them through their rights and responsibilities under the new home warranty, so they can make informed decisions throughout the warranty claim process.
