Bogdan Pavlovic

Bogdan Pavlovic has extensive work experience in the IT field. Bogdan currently holds the position of Director of IT Shared services and SAP CoE lead at Tarkett since October 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the IT Shared services manager and SAP Center of Excellence Lead at Tarkett from March 2022 to October 2022. Bogdan initially joined Tarkett in March 2016 as the IT Shared service manager. In this role, they successfully established and managed the IT Shared services team, overseeing support and projects on SAP and IT infrastructure. Bogdan also collaborated with HR and Management to create a communication/reporting framework and hire necessary resources.

Before joining Tarkett, Bogdan worked at STADA IT Solutions as the Head of Microsoft and NonSAP department from November 2013 to March 2016. There, they played a key role in transforming the internal IT into a group IT shared service and expanding the team's capabilities. Prior to STADA IT Solutions, Bogdan worked at Hemofarm, where they held various roles including Head of IT Development Department from June 2010 to November 2013 and Chief of Application Development Section from April 2007 to June 2010. In these positions, they developed custom applications, introduced Sharepoint, and built a group-wide communication portal. Bogdan also served as the SAP FI/CO IT Responsible and a Programmer during their tenure at Hemofarm.

Bogdan's career began at Drugi oktobar, where they worked as a Programmer in the HR department from October 2001 to February 2002.

Bogdan Pavlovic earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Novi Sad, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in October 2021 and in ITIL Foundations from EXIN in 2015.
