Elie Chapalain

Elie Chapalain has extensive experience in product development and innovation, currently serving as the Director of Product Development, Design, and Transformation for the Home Business Unit at Tarkett since April 2015. In this role, Elie manages a team of 15, focusing on integrating new technologies, leading the full product lifecycle, and driving profitability through process improvements aligned with circular economy principles. Prior positions at Tarkett include Director of Group Innovation Programs and Senior Category Manager for Carpet & LVT in the EMEA region, where Elie was responsible for strategic product roadmaps and investment management. Elie's earlier experience includes consulting at KARISTEM in strategy and transformation, as well as a traineeship at White & Case LLP. Elie holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Audencia and participated in an exchange program at the Norwegian School of Economics.
