Rafał Maćkowiak

Rafał Maćkowiak has extensive experience in management and commercial roles, currently serving as the CEE General Manager and Chairman of the Board at Tarkett Polska Sp. z o.o. since May 2018, alongside previous positions including CEE Marketing Director and CEE Commercial Excellence Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Service Delivery Manager at DXC Technology and Associate IT Delivery Manager at Roche. Additionally, Rafał has held managerial positions at Deutsche Telekom and Hewlett-Packard, as well as specializing in TrackWise solutions at Procter & Gamble. Rafał completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Warsaw University of Technology, following two master's degrees in Architecture and Urban Design from the same institution, which were preceded by an Architectural Engineer degree.
