Robert Bullock has extensive work experience in quality management, auditing, and consulting. Robert started their career as a Logistics/Ordinance/Production Control Officer in the U.S. Army before moving on to various managerial roles in the manufacturing industry. Robert served as a Plant Engineer and later as Plant Manager at Chromium Corporation, where they oversaw plating, finishing, machining, and assembly operations. Bullock also worked as a Consultant/Auditor Manager at Perry Johnson Consulting, where they conducted audits and provided consulting services for various industries. Robert then held roles as Quality Manager and Plant Manager at Hamlin Steel Products, LLC, where they were responsible for all aspects of operations and quality management. Bullock also worked as a Subcontract Lead Auditor at SRI Quality System Registrar, NSF-ISR, and Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc., where they performed third-party audits to ISO standards. Before joining Tarkett as the Director of Quality (North America), Bullock operated their own consultancy, Bullock Quality Tactics, LLC, where they provided outsourced quality management services to manufacturers and laboratories. Overall, Bullock has a strong background in quality management, auditing, and process improvement across various industries.
Robert Bullock obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1983 to 1987. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including "Excel: Power Query for Beginners," "Managing Projects with Microsoft Teams," "Microsoft Teams Essential Training," "Microsoft Teams: Working with Files," and "SharePoint Online: Working in the Modern Experience." Robert also holds a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the State of Ohio, obtained in 1993.
