Sherry Muczyk

Sherry Muczyk has a wealth of experience in talent development and organizational effectiveness. Sherry is currently working as the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Tarkett. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Talent and Learning Partner at Tarkett. Before joining Tarkett, they worked as a People Strategist at Connor|Caitlin Talent Solutions. Sherry has also served as the VP of Learning and Organizational Effectiveness at MRI Network Global Search, where they focused on talent strategies to drive revenue growth and franchise engagement. Sherry worked at Penn Medicine as the Director of Strategic Learning Solutions, collaborating with key stakeholders to develop strategic vision and implement talent development programs. Sherry's experience also includes working as a Performance Consultant at Performance Development Group, where they worked with Fortune 500 organizations to articulate desired performance and implement business change. Sherry has also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Bloomsburg University and held various roles at Sovereign Bank, including VP of Learning Strategies and Instructional Design Manager.

Sherry Muczyk holds a Masters degree in Adult Learning and Instructional Technology which they obtained from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania between 1998 and 2001. Sherry also has a Bachelors degree in Finance from the same university, earned between 1985 and 1988. In addition, Sherry Muczyk has obtained certifications in Talent Optimization from The Predictive Index, Achieve Global Leadership from Achieve Global, and Certified Diversity Professional from the Institute for Diversity Certification.
