Stephan Coutelen

Stephan Coutelen has a strong background in supply chain and customer experience. Stephan worked at Tarkett as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Customer Experience, where they led the customer experience transformation program and covered customer service, supply chain, web, and customer pathway enhancements. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Supply Chain & Customer Experience EMEA at Tarkett, focusing on B2B customers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latam. Stephan also served as the Vice President of Supply Chain EMEA at Tarkett. Earlier in their career, Stephan worked at L'Oréal, where they held various roles such as Manufacturing Supply Chain Director, Country Operations Director, and Supply Chain Director for CPD Central & Eastern Europe. Stephan also worked as the Supply Chain Director at LaSCAD - L'Oréal.

Stephan Coutelen's education history includes obtaining a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Centrale Lille in the years 1992 to 1995. Stephan also pursued a DESS CAAE from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE from 1995 to 1996. In 2007, they participated in the CEDEP Executive Leadership & Management Program at INSEAD.
