Iris Melech

Iris Melech is an experienced professional in economic management, currently serving as the Head of the Economic Department at Taro Pharmaceuticals since May 2020. Prior to this role, Iris held the position of Economic Department Manager at Pratt & Whitney from January 2018 to May 2020, focusing on budget control, forecasting, costing, CAPEX, and reporting. Iris also worked as a Group Economist at Dor Group from February 2014 to 2018 and spent nearly two decades at Strauss Ice Cream in various roles, including Budget and Control Manager and Supply Chain Budget & Control. Iris holds a Master of Public Administration in Internal Audit from the University of Haifa (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the same institution (1990-1993).
