Katya Faktorovich, MSc, is an experienced E&L Regulatory Expert and RnD Analytical Chemist Specialist at Taro Pharmaceuticals, where expertise lies in the regulatory aspects of extractable and leachable components in pharmaceutical packaging systems, as well as methods development using advanced analytical instruments like LC/MS and GC/MS since November 2016. Prior to this role, Katya served as a Senior Analytical Chemist RnD at Enzymotec from September 2010 to November 2016, specializing in lipid extraction and characterization through high-performance analytical techniques. Earlier experience includes an internship and QC role at Teva Pharmaceuticals, focusing on HPLC and dissolution testing in a GMP environment. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Braude Academic College, completed in 2021.
