Mona Bickler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Taro Pharmaceuticals since October 2019, Mona previously held the title of Director of Talent Development at WESTMED Practice Partners, where the focus was on aligning the organization's culture with its mission and vision. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Global Learning & Development at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, overseeing training for over 150,000 associates across multiple divisions globally. Additionally, Mona worked at Reuters as a Training Specialist and Regional Training Manager, responsible for employee development and training across North America and Latin America.
