Hilary Buckeye

Hilary Buckeye is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Currently serving as a Legal Assistant at Tarolli, Sundheim, Covell & Tummino LLP since March 2024, Hilary previously held the position of Intellectual Property Legal Assistant at Benesch Law from April 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included assisting with patent and trademark matters. Prior experience includes roles as a Legal Assistant at Stark & Knoll Co., L.P.A., and at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP, focusing on patent prosecution and litigation. Hilary began the legal career as a Paralegal at Licata & Toerek and Kohrman Jackson & Krantz LLP after earning an Associate of Applied Business in Paralegal Studies from Stautzenberger College-Brecksville. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Labor and Human Resources and Organizational Leadership at Penn State University, education has been supplemented by earlier studies at The University of Toledo.
