Bayard Blair

Bayard Blair is a Development & Acquisition Associate at Tarragon since December 2020, previously holding the role of Acquisition & Development Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as a Financial Analyst and Associate Intern at CBRE from June 2018 to May 2020. Bayard participated in the Chartered Financial Analyst Research Challenge while with CFA Society Spokane, where valuation of Red Lion Hotels was conducted for the regional competition. Earlier internships include positions at Win Forever Consulting and Icicle Seafoods, Inc. Bayard holds a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from the University of Washington and graduated from Whitman College in 2018, after attending University Preparatory Academy.
