Grahm Satterwhite is an experienced Development Manager at Tarragon since February 2021, with a robust background in project development, permitting, and pre-construction processes for multi-family and for-sale townhome projects across several states. Prior roles include Entitlement Manager at Isola Homes and Shelter Homes, where Grahm Satterwhite oversaw feasibility studies, project coordination, and managed multidisciplinary consultant teams. A Long Range Planning Manager at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, Grahm Satterwhite led interdisciplinary planning efforts and policy recommendations while facilitating stakeholder engagement. Earlier experience as a Transportation Planner/Engineer at CH2M HILL involved managing planning and design projects, in-depth analysis, and technical reporting. Grahm Satterwhite holds a Master of Urban Planning and a Certificate in Real Estate Development from San Jose State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington.
