Matthew Farrell has extensive experience in real estate development and research, currently serving as Development Manager and previously as Development Associate at Tarragon since July 2018. Early career experiences include a Senior Research Analyst position at CBRE, where national publications showcased Matthew's work on trends in the commercial office market, and a Project Engineer role at Monahan Pacific, managing quality control on a luxury condo development. Matthew holds an MBA and a Master's in Real Estate from Cornell University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Management from Brigham Young University.
