Jessica Patton Maeer

Jessica Patton Maeer currently serves as an Assistant Professor of History and Geography at Tarrant County College since August 2002. In addition to academic responsibilities, Jessica was a Project Manager for the National Geographic/THECB Grant from September 2019 to May 2021, facilitating professional development workshops aimed at K-12 educators pursuing National Geographic Educator Certification. Prior to this role, Jessica was an Instructor of History and Geography at Wayland Baptist University from August 1999 to July 2000. Jessica earned a Master of Arts in History with a minor in Geography from West Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wayland Baptist University.
