Mary Reed PMP, PMI-PMOCP, SAFe, ITIL 4, COBIT, CM is an experienced program director and product manager with a strong background in IT project management and agile coaching. Currently serving as the Program Director of IT Projects at Tarrant County College, Mary also contributes to ioMob as a Product Manager and Agile Coach since 2021. Past roles include IT Portfolio & Program Manager at JPS Health Network, where Mary led transformative IT initiatives, and IT Service Delivery Manager at TOTVS, managing over 150 projects across eight countries. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Project Management and Organizational Processes from Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André.
