Devin Taylor

Devin Taylor is an experienced professional with a strong background in public utilities and energy management. Currently serving as a Public Utilities Board Commissioner for the City of Denton since August 2021, Devin also holds a longstanding position as Energy Manager at Tarrant Regional Water District, having transitioned from roles such as Engineering Data Scientist and Lead Developer there. Previous contributions include serving as a Commissioner on the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Denton and leading the Denton Unitarian Universalist Fellowship Board as President and Vice President. Additionally, Devin has worked in various technical roles, including Lead Web Developer at Sally Beauty Company and Senior Systems Analyst at Peterbilt Motors Company.
