Mick Maguire

Mick Maguire currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Tarrant Regional Water District, a position held since September 2021, after previously serving as the Director of Information Technology from September 2014 to September 2021. Prior to joining Tarrant Regional Water District, Mick was the Chief Technology Officer at the North Central Texas Council of Governments from October 2007 to September 2014, where responsibilities included managing enterprise technology service programs and overseeing significant budgets. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager/System Analyst at the City of Arlington from December 2004 to October 2006, focusing on technology solution implementations. Mick holds an Executive Masters of Public Service Administration from Texas A&M University - The Bush School of Government and Public Service, expected to complete in December 2023, and has degrees from the University of North Texas and Texas A&M University.
