Leslie O'Dell

Leslie O'Dell, O.D. FAAO, currently serves as the Associate Director of Medical Affairs National Educator at Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since February 2024 and is an Advisory Board Member and Speaker for the Ophthalmology Innovation Source. As a collaborator and newly appointed Global Ambassador for the Tear Film & Ocular Surface Society (TFOS), Leslie promotes public awareness and initiatives related to ocular health. Leslie is also a founding member of the Intrepid Eye Society and holds the position of Medical Director and Director of Clinical Research at Medical Optometry America. Previous roles include Medical Writer at Ora, Inc., Medical Science Liaison at Apellis Pharmaceuticals, and membership in the LIME Working Group. Additionally, Leslie co-hosted the "To The Point" podcast and is the co-chief medical editor for Modern Optometry. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Optometry from Salus University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Delaware.
