Tom Flores

Tom Flores is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as the Director of the Innovation Lab at Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions, including Associate Director at Tarsus, Consultant and R&D Manager at Presidio Medical, and Innovation Fellow at the Stanford Byers Center for Biodesign. With a strong background in engineering and applied physics, Tom has led initiatives in the development of medical technologies, conducting preclinical studies and managing intellectual property portfolios. Tom's educational qualifications include a PhD in Applied Physics and an MS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stanford University, as well as a B.S. in Physics from Lehigh University.
