Geetansh Garg

Geetansh Garg's work experience begins with a role as a Software Development Engineer at Tartan since November 2022. In this position, they have gained experience in both backend and frontend development, utilizing frameworks such as Django, ReactJS, and Java Spring Boot. Geetansh has developed several features for the company's product "BATIK," including a notification service, a smart search functionality, and an order PDF receipt generator.

Prior to their role at Tartan, Geetansh served as the Vice Chair at IEEE JUIT Student Branch from August 2021 to September 2022.

Additionally, Geetansh worked as a Summer Software Developer Intern at Wipro in June and July 2022. During this internship, they worked on a project that involved writing AWS Lambda functions and connecting them to Google Excel Sheets for data synchronization and automation. The focus of the project was streamlining data processes.

Geetansh Garg pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jaypee University of Information Technology from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary education in Mathematics and Computer Science at D.A.V. Public School - Kurukshetra from 2018 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Geetansh obtained certifications in various subjects. Geetansh completed a course on building a face recognition application using python from GUVI Geek Networks, IITM Research Park in April 2021. Geetansh also participated in the Vicharna 2.0: Toys Innovation Challenge organized by e-Yantra, IIT Bombay in January 2021. Furthermore, Geetansh obtained a certification in Problem Solving (Basic) from HackerRank in July 2020.
