Charissa Buvinow

Charissa Buvinow is an experienced professional in supply chain management and planning, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Planning & Production at Tarte Cosmetics since November 2021. Prior to this role, Charissa held various positions over a decade at L'Oréal, including Assistant Vice President for Manufacturing Supply Chain North America and Director of Manufacturing Supply Chain. Earlier in the career, Charissa worked at Gap Inc./Banana Republic as Customer Experience Lead. Charissa holds a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Marketing Management from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management, completed in 2009.
