Kristin Talpos is a packaging expert with extensive experience in the cosmetics and fragrance industries. Currently serving as Executive Director of Packaging at Tarte Cosmetics since December 2017, Kristin has progressed through key roles including Senior Director and Director of Packaging. Prior to Tarte, Kristin worked at L'Oréal from December 2015 to December 2017 as a Development Manager for Lancôme US Makeup Hub and Ralph Lauren Fragrances. Kristin's career began at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from May 2010 to December 2015, where roles included Package Development Manager for Michael Kors and Tommy Hilfiger. Additionally, Kristin held positions at L'Oréal and Unilever as an intern, focusing on PPD packaging and hair care packaging, respectively. Kristin holds a B.S. in Packaging from Michigan State University, obtained in 2010.
