Tavis Bradshaw

Tavis Bradshaw is an experienced professional in retail and operations management, currently serving as Senior Director of Retail Operations at Tarte Cosmetics since 2021. Prior to this role, Tavis held various positions at Coty from 2019 to 2021, including Senior Manager of Global DTC Ecommerce Operations and Regional Category Leader in Logistics. Tavis's career also includes significant roles at Glossier, Inc. as Senior Manager of Global Supply Chain, and at Coach, where Tavis worked as Manager of Operations for six years. Earlier experiences include positions at Ralph Lauren, Macy's, Leo Burnett Group, Viacom, and Universal Music Group. Tavis holds an M.B.A. with a double concentration in Marketing and Information Systems from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Management from Long Island University.
