Holly Dary

Prior to forming Tarvos Talent, Holly built a successful career in accounting. She started her career at a regional CPA firm in Madison, Wisconsin where she worked on both the audit and tax teams. She then transitioned into corporate accounting where she quickly moved from a Staff Accountant role to Accounting Systems Administrator, gaining experience in the biotech and space and defense industries. Holly quickly realized her true calling was outside of traditional accounting and was thrilled to accept a role in specialized staffing and recruiting. During her nearly 20-year tenure, Holly rose through the ranks leading teams in accounting, finance, administrative, and IT staffing. Holly developed a reputation for continuously leading teams to success through her inspirational leadership approach and unwavering commitment to excellence in service to her teams, her clients, and her candidates. Throughout her career, she worked in 8 markets across the United States, leading each of them to even greater success than the previous, earning her recognition as a top leader and top performer in the roles she held. Holly is a Wisconsin native and graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison. She and her husband have 3 children and enjoy traveling and hosting family gatherings. As a leukemia survivor, Holly is also very passionate about her work with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She sat on the Board of Trustees for the Austin Chapter for 6 years and served as Board Chair for 2 years. She also serves on the Executive Committee for the Light the Night walk.
