Prior to joining the Tarvos team, Ruben worked with two national recruitment firms where he specialized in business development, temp, temp to hire and permanent placement services. Ruben has over 12 years of experience leading successful teams recruiting in the Accounting and Finance sectors in the Central Texas market. He takes great pride in understanding his client’s culture and values to help them attract the talent that will best serve their mission. Originally from El Paso, Texas, Ruben attended Texas State University. He has been married to his lovely wife Michelle going on 16 years and they have a beautiful daughter, Madison.
