In 2021, Arik worked at Tarya Fintech - Reshaping Banking as the Product Lead for Core and Data Infrastructure. Arik founded the core and data infrastructure product team, overseeing onboarding and training for the growing team. Arik was responsible for establishing the product roadmap and vision, aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver a successful data infrastructure and analytics solution.

Prior to this, in 2020, Arik served as an Ecommerce Consultant at Product Mining. Arik devised an AI-driven online arbitrage automation platform for the Amazon marketplace, which aimed to significantly reduce the time required to identify long-term opportunities.
