Miroslav Kuzev

Miroslav Kuzev has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Miroslav began their career as a Summer Trainee at International Asset Bank AD in 2003. Miroslav then joined Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria, where they worked in various roles related to risk management and credit assessment. Miroslav served as a Credit Officer, Supervisor, and Risk Manager at the Credit Center for Small and Medium Enterprises before becoming a Team Leader in the Risk Management department. Later, they transitioned to the role of a Risk Manager in the Credit Risk Management Corporate Clients and Institutions Department and eventually became a Senior Risk Manager in the same department. In 2018, Kuzev joined Codix as a Business Expert in Information Technology. There, they gained expertise in the FinTech industry and worked until 2020. Currently, they are working at Tarya Fintech Bulgaria as a Product Lead/Product Manager, responsible for risk management vision, product strategy, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Miroslav manages the roadmap, leads the scrum rituals, and develops credit scoring models and integrations with in-house machine learning models.

Miroslav Kuzev has a strong educational background. Miroslav obtained their Master's degree in Accountancy and Control with a profile in Financial Control from the University of National and World Economy, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Macroeconomics at the same institution, studying from 2000 to 2004. Before entering university, Miroslav attended the High School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences from 1994 to 2000, where they focused on Mathematics with English language.

In addition to their academic achievements, Miroslav has also acquired extra certifications. Miroslav became a Certified Software Development Manager from the Project Management Academy, which is part of Business Value Oriented Principles in the UK in December 2021. Miroslav also completed the "Unlocking Agile" certification from CoTransition Ltd in October 2021.
