Dr. James B. Golden

Dr. James B. Golden is an accomplished leader and mental health advocate, currently serving as the Founder and Chief Wellness Strategist at Golden Global Enterprises since October 2023, where the focus is on empowering leaders through compassionate and impactful strategies. As the Chief Academic Officer and Co-Founder of TTC College at Tarzana Treatment Centers since July 2018, Dr. Golden champions equity and inclusivity in education for marginalized communities, particularly BIPOC individuals and those reentering society. With an extensive background in various roles including training, consulting, and education, Dr. Golden demonstrates a commitment to cultivating future leaders through diverse experiences across multiple organizations. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Management and Consulting from Phillips Graduate University, along with advanced degrees from Tiffin University and California State University, Northridge.
