Paolo Menardi has over 15 years of experience in the financial technology sector, currently serving as a Functional Analyst at TAS Group since January 2008, focusing on the management of clearing and settlement processes for prepaid cards across national and international networks, including Visa and Mastercard. Prior to this role, Paolo gained significant experience as a Senior COBOL Developer at TASNCH from 1998 to 2006, where expertise in COBOL, CICS, DB2, and JCL within a mainframe environment was acquired, alongside exposure to major banking institutions in Italy. Educational qualifications include a diploma in Enogastronomia e Ospitalità alberghiera from Ipssar Remo Brindisi, completed in June 2023, and a Commercial and Programming Technician diploma from I.T.C. G. Ginanni Ravenna earned in 1990.
