Paulette Lamanna

Paulette LaManna is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in patient registration and recovery support. Currently serving as a Patient Registration Specialist in the Emergency Department of Tower Health since May 2019, Paulette also holds the position of Certified Recovery Specialist at TASC, Inc. since October 2017. Previous roles include Night Court Support Staff for the County of Berks, Intensive Case Manager for the DUI-II STOP Program for Women, and various positions within the YMCA of Reading & Berks from 2009 to 2017, showcasing a strong background in case management. Earlier in their career, Paulette served as a House Manager at Lafuente Sober Living and worked as a secretary in engineering firms and township government. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from Walden University, a Certified Recovery Specialist designation, and training as a SOAR Representative for mental health advocacy.
