Elaine Stephen

Elaine Stephen has a robust background in corporate responsibility and software development, currently serving as a Board Member at TASC (Think tank for Action on Social Change) since 2020. Previously, Elaine held the position of Senior Corporate Responsibility Consultant at Business in the Community Ireland from 2007 to October 2019, where support was provided to companies in enhancing and reporting on their sustainable practices. In the technology sector, Elaine's roles included Director of the Dublin Software Lab at IBM from 2001 to 2007 and Director of Global Product Development at Lotus Development from 1991 to 2001. Elaine began a career in development as the European Development Manager at BMDP Statistical Software Ltd from 1987 to 1989. Elaine is also pursuing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Statistics & Operations Research at Trinity College Dublin since 1981.
