Lacie Thorson

Lacie Thorson has extensive experience in customer service and operational management, currently serving as Supervisor of Onboarding at TASC since December 2014, with previous roles including Onboarding Team Lead and Resolution Specialist. Prior to TASC, Lacie worked at HSA Home Warranty from February 2010 to December 2014, holding positions such as Vendor Territory Manager and Level 3 Claims Adjuster, where responsibilities included managing vendor relationships and adjudicating claims. Lacie's earlier experience includes serving as a Sheriff's Aide at the Dane County Sheriff's Office and as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at Minitube of America, Inc. Lacie holds an Accounting degree and an EMT Basic Certificate from Madison Area Technical College, as well as a high school diploma from Mount Horeb High School.
